What I didn't expect was for customer service to tell me something different every time I called to get a follow up for my couch after it shipped (one rep even told me 4 different things while on the phone with her!) No compensation, couch was way later than delivery date, AND it is fraying a TON/not good quality. It was damaged in shipping and no one will give compensation etc.
